- Pattern B (P02, P02b): Verixa Regulatory Technologies Pvt Ltd (proposed; incorporation pending)
- Pattern C (P09, P10): Uses "sole inventor + sole applicant" (individual) with assignment caveat note

**Risk:** If Verixa Pvt Ltd is not incorporated before June 15, Pattern B cannot file as a company. Filing as an unincorporated entity risks invalidity.

**Recommendation:** File all Wave 1 provisionals as Vimal Veereshwarayya (individual). Post-incorporation, execute a single IP Chain Suite assignment instrument (A1 + C1 bundle) to transfer all provisional priority rights to Verixa Pvt Ltd in one operation.

The stronger, more differentiated elements are (c) forbidden-term sanitizer, (e) DQG staging structure, and (g) advisory evidence pack.

**Recommendation (pending demarcation decision):** Once the P01↔P02b demarcation line is set, restructure §3 to lead with (c)(e)(g) and demote (a)(b) to dependent claim positions.
